There was an issue with the site, but Feca kept working and even sent me information in a whisper while the site was getting some issues sorted out. I really admired their dedication to the work and they delivered exactly what I'd requested right down to the smallest detail. I love the art I received and I'd love to commission them again when I have the chance. :)
