A flat colored character. This includes simple objects, and basic scenery, all lined in and colored. The lining can be done in various styles and settings, and as long as the scene itself isn't too complex, it'll be included in the price. Also included is basic background. Additional characters and complexity may include additional prices, which I'll discuss with you beforehand in advance.
