Copyright/Usage Policy

• Do not resell my artwork without my consent.

• I have the right to decline a commission that I am not comfortable doing.

• Never claim my artwork as your own. When I send you the officially done copy through email, I’ll be attaching social media’s you can credit me on. It is for your own PERSONAL USE only.

• You are not allowed to:

• Change, modify etc. the WATERMARKED artwork without permission.

• Use the artwork for commercial purposes unless it’s for that intended purpose.

• Trace my artwork.

• The commissioned work may be used to promote my work on social media.

• You may use it as decoration on your page, profile picture, cover picture and etc without making any profit.

What I can/can't draw

• I will not draw R18 or any explicit content without proof of being 18+, which means showing any sort of identification.

• In order for me to offer a quality product, I refrain to draw from the following content: Mecha, heavy gore, overly muscular characters, too complex of a background ( outdoors, within a blank room with a few items, etc are fine. ), hate art, anything relating to a negative actual tragedy or person, pedophilia and large age gaps, extreme ddlg, and so on.

• Characters with animal ears are okay.

• Things that I will draw without any problems: mild NSFW ( WITH PROOF OF BEING 18+ ), slight gore, humans, ocs, video game and anime characters, (experimenting) on anthros, chibis, etc.

• Ask for more inquiries on what I may or may not accept.

Payment

• Payment will be made through Paypal or Ko-Fi.

• Prices are listed in USD.

• Payments are made upfront before any work is done.

• Please do send me proof that you have made the payment, otherwise I will not continue or make the commission.

• Refunds will not be acknowledged unless I an unable to do it physically. ( such as I stare that I cannot complete your commission, and I will probably refund you your money. )

Work Speed

• Dependent on the circumstances, your piece can be finished within the span of 2 days to a week, with complexity can last to two weeks.

• You are free to nudge me thrice every week, but not within a day. I want to take the time to finish your artwork and give you a product I know you will love.
