Absolutely.I will retry once.
Do you give progress-reports?
Whenever it is asked of me, or when I feel it is necessary.
Will the client be able to change his/her mind?
Yes. (Only with sketches)
Refund:
I will only refund if you feel I haven't met time requirements. You will not receive the piece at all once you have requested a refund. On the other hand, if you allow the piece to be finished late and still pay, you will receive an additional sketch of your choosing.
