If you choose to commission me, you agree to the terms of service.
GENERAL TERMS
You must provide me with clear character descriptions or references, please communicate the idea of the drawing with me clearly so that I can produce artwork that suits your needs, I am always open for communication.
PROCESS
I will finish your artwork within 3 months, but usually I finish it within a week of receiving payment.
If you are not satisfied with the artwork, I am always open to working towards a solution - I can make minor changes to the drawing (adjusting colors and adding small details), bigger changes have a fee.
PAYMENT
I take payment upfront in full.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
After payment, you cannot cancel the commission or demand a refund under any circumstances.
If for some reason I cannot complete the commission, I will refund you.
If you file a chargeback against me, you will be forbidden to commission me in the future, with any rights to the artwork I have produced for you revoked, meaning that I can use it to compensate any losses.
I have all the rights to receive the money you have paid for my products and services.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. The commissioner may use it for personal use (meaning that they don't profit off of my artwork in any shape or form) and holds all the rights to their own characters if any are present in the final drawing.
However, the commissioner may inquire me about commercial rights and pay an agreed fee.
