After you send me the note, DM me, etc., we will discuss the details for the commissions.
Send me all the references you want! (fullbody and others) Is important to me for make a good draw. Tell me what you want, your wishes, ideas.
I REALLY PREFER VISUAL REFERENCES. But i can work with descriptions with no problem! just be sure on be extra detailed in it. If you have face claims, actors, or anything please send it to me.
Also, you can always sketch what do you have on mind! i will be glad, so dont be worry.
Then, after we agree, Payment must be done upfront (via paypal). for Amounts that exced 50USD the payment can be split. We can talk about a payment plan.
I will send you the sketch after some time, and here is the MOMENT when you can change things you don’t like!! Things like the pose, clothes, details you don’t like, or something like that.
After its approval, I will begin to draw! If I had problems or something i am going to let you know, don’t worry. (NOTE: THIS time depend of the type of commission, the complex and detail involved in each draw, also the position in the queue. The time always be personalise to each commissioner). Work in progress constant updates, every two-three days. You can ask for WIPS too!
If there's mistake in the colors/patterns, I will fix them for free.
Won't fix/edit for free if the mistake is due to mistake in reference you provided me OR something you forgot to mention when approving the WIP.
No edits will be done after work is finished.
Finish. I will send you finished art, that includes: Full-size drawing in PNG and JPG
REFUNDS
I don't do refunds after the sketch is approved.
If the customer (you) cancels the work before it's started, 90% will be refunded.
USAGE RIGHTS
CUSTOMER
Repost with credit and link to the artist website.
Private use (you can print it and hang on the wall, etc.)
Customer will keep the rights to their character
Customer doesn't own the rights to the art itself!
If the client does not want his drawing published on artist’s networks, he (customer) must pay a $20 privacy commission.
ARTIST
Owns the rights to the art itself (not the character).
Can use the art as part of portfolio, website, etc.
Owns the marketing rights to the art.
