A. Terms of Service
1. I will not begin with the commission request until half / full payment has been received.
2. Once the final sketch has been approved, the client may not change the drawing details.
3. After the line art has been made, client may not change any details about the drawing.
Any change request, may it be simple or complex, will be regarded as a redraw and will be charged extra.
4. All my drawings will include my watermark and may not be requested to be removed to protect intellectual rights.
5. I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio.
6. I will not be responsible for any mistakes on the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide all relevant information before the sketch is made.
7. All personal information will be kept private and confidential.
8. The client may request a preview of the commission at any time during the creation process.
9. Final image will be sent to client’s email in .jpg format and will not include the raw files. (.psd or .sai)
10. Commission turnaround time is usually 1 to 4 weeks depending on the queue.
11. Please credit me if you wish to use it for commercial use.
