By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service
below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the
commission.
General Terms:
Ill behavior and disrespect towards me will not be tolerated and your commission can be
canceled. If payment occurs before cancelation, you will be refunded half of your
money. You will be given a chance for an apology and explanation.
Please provide references when asking for a commission of your character. If you want
a custom character made by me, please check Custom Character Rules & Terms.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to cancel your commission.
Payment:
All commissions must be paid in full after receiving your sketch and giving me
permission to proceed with your commission.
Payment methods consist of PayPal, USD only.
Process:
Users being commissioned can ask to see progress whenever I am working on the
commission. I have no trouble sending screenshots with a watermark over the
unfinished commission.
If I send you screenshots of your commission with a question, please answer me in a
hasty manner unless I am told the buyer will be unavailable during the commission
before I begin. In the case that the buyer is unavailable for questions during the
commission, please state details of your character and how you want it to look before
you leave so I will not have questions.
If you are unavailable for questions and I make a major mistake on your commission
that you did not specify before the finished commission, you will not be able to ask for
changes unless I agree and I am paid to do so.
Your commission may take up to 4 days to receive depending on complexity, personal
issues in accordance to me, and order of commission. If I cannot provide your
commission within 4 days time, I will either request more time for the commission or
refund all of your money if I am requested to do so.
Finished Product/Changes In The Commission:
I am open to make major changes in the commission BEFORE IT IS COMPLETED
and, if requested by me, extra payment in accordance to how big the change is. Minor
changes can be done (ex. minor marking or small color changes) without charge. If a
mistake is made on my behalf, I will not charge you extra to fix it. If I am not told about a
major detail by the end of the commission, that is not my mistake and I have the right to
deny your change(s).
Copyright And Usage Policy:
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, NOT the commissioner.
Therefore, I am allowed to;
Promote myself with the artwork wherever I please.
Publish books with.
Display where I please.
Post wherever I want.
The Commissioner Is Allowed To;
Use the copyrighted work for personal uses.
Claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with credit to the artist.
Sell the character in the art and use the art as an example of the character as long as
credit to the artist is shown.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing
will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork in any way commercially.
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures placed by the artist.
Altering the artwork without I, the artist’s consent.
Canceling/Refunding Money Policy:
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand refund for your commission after the
commission is completed.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you
will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Frazy, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have
given me.
