PLEASE READ! I know it can be boring and most of this is implied. But it is important to read this over to avoid redundant questions. I want to discuss your design, ideas, and characters to get you the best possible result.
1) All art paid in full with shipping charge will be shipped within 1-3 business days after completion. Shipping is discussed before beginning of the commission. Prices set for each job do NOT include the shipping price. I do not have a set shipping price as it varies on the location. I will ship to North America, for world shipping please discuss via PM.
2) All artwork is signed, I ask that you do not remove the signature or purposefully disguise the signature.
3)I do my best to complete all art on time, so as a customer I will keep you informed on the progress via WIP images and messages.
4) I will provide a rough sketch of your design before beginning the process. You may request any major or minor changes then. After I begin, only minor changes are available to be included within the price.
5)If I make a mistake, in terms of continuity or execution, a redone piece is done at no charge and is included in the regular price discussed before beginning.
6) Turnaround time takes into account school and other
commissions, so sometimes the piece may take less time. So, if you need a piece rushed, this can be done, but will depend on my schedule. If I finish art early, this is not a discount on the price or shipping.
7) You may post my art however you like, you do own the artwork. BUT do not post my art claiming it as your own work or another's work. I do appreciate if you post on Instagram that you link to my profile @fallowart.
8) I will draw NSFW, but understand I am not going to draw
erotica/porn art. I am willing to do mild nudity and implied sexual situations or a romantic scene, but I do draw the line at explicit sex scenes or genitalia in explicit circumstances.
9)I will draw blood and gore. With exception to controversial violence such as self harm and suicide. (I can make an exception to this if it is a positive/recovery theme)
10) Art takes time, practice, and skill. It cost money for supplies and paper to make your art. Please do not beg for free art or lower prices. If you are not willing to pay for the art, you will not receive the art. I will provide preview of your art while I am in the process. These will have watermarks. Any digital previews of art will have watermarks until the payment is provided. If you attempt to steal previews and ditch the job or remove watermarks, I will not work on any future art or jobs with you as a customer.
11) My goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with you artwork! Do not be afraid to give me an idea of EXACTLY what you want, and during the process please give suggestions or minor changes. The sooner I know what to change the easier and better the result.
