Request Terms: Please ask nicely for what you want, and provide detailed descriptions and references. i'm only here to make your art, so please don't do anything of ill behavior. if you fail to do so, your commission will be cancelled.
Payment Terms: commissions will be payed after art completion unless we agree otherwise. the only currency i will accept is USD.
Prosess and Customer Satisfaction: i will do my best to make my clients happy, and i'd be happy to change details or really anything that doesn't cause me to change everything about the art (unless i say otherwise, or i am little into creation.) i will be happy to show progress shots while creating the art, but once finished, i can make little changes.
Usage Terms: i have all rights to the art i have created, and am free to post or show my art to anyone, anywhere. you are allowed to use the art for personal use only, claim the right of the character drawn (if yours) but not the art, and use the art to promote yourself while also giving credit to the artist, me. you are however prohibited from making money off of the art in any way shape or form, altering the artwork without my consent, and removing the signature or watermark before completion. again, you are allowed to promote your brand with said artwork, as long as i am being properly credited.
Cancelling and Refunding: i am allowed to cancel the commission if you fail to meet up to said terms, and once i have received payment, or once the art is completed, you are not allowed to cancel or demand a refund. however if the money is not sent to me, you have the right to cancel. if you chargeback against me, you will not receive your commissioned art, i will be allowed to sell the art to other clients, and you will never be allowed to work with me again.
