I've already done this for people who wanted to assemble various elements in a tattoo and helped them to represent what they had in mind; this doesnt have to be the final version of it since most tattoo artists re-draw designs, but i can help with the step of putting elements together or giving a general idea. 40$ is an average price, can be more or less, depending on your demand.
