What to Send Me
If requesting a commission from me, please provide the following:
- character reference: visual (picrew, sheet, etc) is preferred, but I can work with a detailed written description for an extra fee.
- poses / facial expression
- desired colors/palettes
- extra details that may not be on the refs: scars, preferred outfits, symbols, etc.
What I Will Draw:
- OCs
- DnD / game characters
- fan-art (of fandoms I'm familiar with)
- furries (bird/fish/reptiles!)
- IRL people (not celebrities.)
What I Will Not Draw:
- mechas
- NSFW
- excessive violence/gore
If there's anything you're unsure about whether I'd draw it or not, feel free to ask me!
General Terms
Summary
Full resolution files: .PNG files, in A4 (2500x3500px) or B4 (3000x4200px) at 300DPI.
Payment: up-front, via Paypal invoice or Ko-fi. I start working on commissions after confirmation of payment! Prices are final.
Revisions: There is a limit of 2 major revisions (pose change, scene change, color palette change, etc.) and 2 minor revisions (expression change, minor changes in limbs, markings change, etc.) for the sketch stage. A limit of 2 minor revision applies during the colors / shading stage. Beyond that, an extra fee will apply for making more major revisions after the sketch stage.
Watermark: All commissioned artwork will have a watermark/signature that you may not remove.
Rights: I retain rights to the artwork, such as for promotional use. Artwork can be re-posted with permission to other platforms, as long as my watermark is still present and I am credited in the post.
I reserves the right to refuse a commission without reason or explanation.
Inappropriate/aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, I may stop or cancel the commission.
Poor communication may also be grounds for stopping the commission.
The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms. By continuing with the commission and going forth with the payment, the client has agreed to the above terms.
