Payment
I almost always ask for payment up front. If it's a significant expense, payment in installmetns can be discussed. Payment is rendered in PayPal invoice. Other methods of payment can be discussed, but I do not take cash in the mail.
Process
Once you have contracted me about your commission, I generally send a very rough thumbnail sketch to ensure we are in agreement and work can begin. Once that sketch is approved, I send the invoice and work begins. If you do not want to receive WIP shots of your commission, let me know at this time. If you refuse and receive a finished product you're not happy with, you accept responsibility for not asking to see the WIPs.
Otherwise, you will receive a sketch, lineart, flat colors, and any other WIP shots i believe are significant, usually over the line of communication you initially contacted me on. I will accept any minor revisions and try my hardest to help you be satisfied with your commission. For major revisions and repeated minor revisions, I may charge extra.
I mostly draw humans and humanoids. I will attempt to render any anthropomorphic or feral characters, but it's highly likely I will not match the exact style of your reference.
You can ask for a due date within reason. I will charge extra for rush orders, and can manage within 24 hours depending on my schedule.
I usually finish my commissions within a week, but when I am busy or indisposed I can take up to a month for larger orders. Please be patient; you're welcome to message me to check on the progress of your commission, though.
What I'll Draw
Anything under a PG-13 label probably does not need to be discussed. I will draw gore, porn, and most fetishes, as well as mecha and complex mechanical designs. I reserve the right to deny anything I wish.
I will not draw any underage characters explicitly in adult situations. I will not draw bigoted imagery. As before, what I refuse to draw is always up to my discretion.
When in doubt, ask. You lose nothing by just running it by me first!
Copyright
I retain the right to the images I produce. This means only I can make profit off of my own creations. You, as the commissioner, are free to print the image for personal reasons, but you can not sell it for money.
The rights for images I produce for you can purchased for an additional fee, and must be negotiated, preferably before work begins, but if I finish something and you decide you want to use it as a logo later, we can discuss those particulars as well.
Protecting Me & You
I retain the right to refuse a commission at any time.
You retain the right to a full refund if I can not, or do not, complete the commission for any reason whatsoever. However, if work has already commenced when you have requested a refund, I will deliver the image to you in whatever state it's in and may only return a partial refund to account for work already done.
If you have any questions, please contact me either via a note or a comment on this journal. Thank you!
