I can design furry/anthropomorphic characters for you in the following ways :

You can provide me with your text description of what kind of animal or beast you want your characters to be and how their appearances are.
You can provide me with your initial sketch of how you want your characters to be.
You can provide me reference images of how you want your characters to be.
You can provide a finished original character design of your own and turn them into a furry/anthropomorphic characters.
