All commissions for personal/noncommercial use ONLY unless otherwise specified and agreed upon before the commission is approved.
For commercial purposes, simply tell me upfront and I will happily negotiate a commercial usage fee based on the size of your project which will allow you to use what I create for you in whatever capacity you want. (Games, products, etc.)
For personal/noncommercial purposes, I am fine with you...
- printing your commission out on paper or any products for your personal use (cell phone covers, mouse pads, etc)
- sharing, displaying, and/or reposting your commission online, with or without credit/link
- using the image in a personal website design or for your blog (again, no credit/link required)
You may not...
- claim to have drawn or designed what I make for you (you don't have to credit me, just don't pretend you created it!)
- print what I make for you on items intended for resale
- use what I've created in a commercial website
I reserve the right to post all commissions on my gallery and here on this site unless you tell me otherwise.
Outfit/Costume Designs
If you have bought art/outfit designs for an OC and then choose to sell the OC, it's fine to bundle what I made for you with your OC!
You are also welcome to trade designs created for you for other designs by other artists, adoptables, or art, but you cannot resell my designs! If you do not like an outfit design I made for you and want to recoup some of the cost, please contact me. I am happy to offer partial refunds with the understanding that I can then resell the outfit to someone else. I'm also happy to draw you a new design to replace the one you don't like, though hopefully this will not be an issue as I strive to communicate during the design process to make sure you get what you're looking for!
Lastly, I retain the right to sell any unused designs to other parties. For example, if I sketched an outfit for you and you didn't like it and had me draw something different, I can choose to sell the design you didn't want to someone else. Think of it like a clothing store: you tried something on but didn't like it and decided not to buy it. As the store owner, I can sell the clothes to another customer. But whatever outfits you do decide to buy are totally yours and will not be sold to others!
