The owner will have rights to the character/figure to post. As long it is credited, and sourced back to me. If failed to do so within 2 days. additional charges will apply. The client will be responsible for paying the additional fees The owner may not sell any Adoptables to any other consumer, to ensure they don't, they will be issued a refund, and the Adoptable will go back up for sale. The owner/client does not have the legal right to distribute said Adoptables without the exclusive permission of the Artist.

DO NOT CLAIM MY ART AS YOUR OWN
All Images and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of the Artist. This license provides the Client with the limited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the Images only for the agreed-upon terms as set forth in the Client Invoice by both parties. Images used for any purpose not directly related outside of those terms must be with the express permission of Artist and may include the payment of additional fees unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Images may contain copyright management information (CMI) at the discretion of the Artist in the form of either 1) a copyright notice © and/or 2) other copyright and ownership information embedded in the metadata or elsewhere unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties. Removing and/or altering such information is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Client will be responsible to the Artist for any penalties and awards available under that statute.

RETURN POLICY
You will receive a full refund no questions asked if there is anything on my end that prevents me from completing your commission. You will not get a refund if you do not like my art, or do not find it appealing. I advise you to take a look through my gallery before making any purchases. All purchases are finalized within 24 hours, if you'd like any changes added or removed, please inform within the 24-hour limit, or you purchase will be finalized along with your Commission.
You will not be accommodated appropriately if I have completed the Commission, with no problems that coexist, and you request a refund.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT POLICY
If you wish to display my work publicly, or posted in online galleries, I must be properly credited, sourced or linked to all my social media's (YouTube, Tumblr, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) directly. If not, you will have 2 days to properly credit or source, and if failed to do so, extra charges will apply. If you are unsure how to credit me I'll have an example below showing how to credit. My Social Media's will never change, this information will always be up to date.
If you do not wish to post my work, then this will not apply to you, and you are free to do as you please with my work.
