General Terms
The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.
If the Client post the artwork they must give proper credit the Artist.
The Artist holds every right of the produced artwork.
The Artist is allowed to promote herself using the commissioned artwork, Display and post it on the Artist’s social media accounts
The Artist will NOT take on Commissions that have strict or short deadlines and/or if the Client is not flexible on deadlines.
The Artist and the Client have to keep confidential info to themselves.
If the Commission is damaged or mistakes are evident, the Client will agree to consult the Artist before any restoration and must give the Artist the first opportunity to restore it, if practical.
Artwork
The artwork comes with a simple background and a transparent background.
The Client cannot remove the Artist watermark.
The Commission will be provided to the Client via email, this does not include the Commission’s native files (e.g., .psd, .sai2, .mdp, etc.).
The Artist will only draw the commission in their style.
Files will be of highest resolution of the finished product.
Cancellation and Refund
Once the Client approve the sketch they cannot refund it anymore.
The Artist reserve the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
Process
The Artist will only start doing the Commission once the Artist is paid.
Don't expect the Artist to finish the commission right away, The Artist is only a part-timer and is a full-time student.
The longest time the Artist can finish the commission will be 3 months and the shortest is within the week the Client paid me.
The completion of the commission depends on the Artist’s situation such as academics, health, complexity, order of commission, and life issues.
Up to three revisions only.
The Client can ask for screenshots of their commission but the Artist cannot promise that she can send you one right away due to Internet being expensive or she hasn't started on or commission yet.
The Artist will show you the finished sketch for you to tell the Artist what to change before she proceeds with the lineart and coloring.
If the Client tells the Artist to do a major change to the artwork an additional fee will be added.
Personal Commission
The Client cannot resell the artwork or claim that the Client made it.
The Client cannot use the artwork for commercial/ profit purposes including prints and redistribution.
You cannot alter the commissioned artwork.
Commercial Commission
The Client is allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork such as books, covers, stickers, props and change it to the Client’s liking and promote their own brand with it.
Credit is required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
