Returns and exchange details
Can be refund if:
-the shipping product is damage, stained, crippled.(traditional commission)
(will not gonna redo the work again ofcourse)

-commission is lost during delivery
-cancelling the commission (like change your mind you cancel your commission)
IF THE STARTING IS 0%-20% stage of the commission(both traditionals and digital commission)

0 %: Starting
20%: Drafting/Sketching
40%: Lineart
60% : Coloring
80% : Shading
100% : FINISH

I also have the right and power to refund to you fellow customers, IF there is problem among the artist and customer with their commission such as detail changing up to 5 times or more starting stage 20-40%, ludicrous amount of time taken, and/or real life situation(fret not that this never happens before).

commission can change minor detail up to 5 times or more starting stage 20-40% until customer is satisfy with the looks.
up to 60% onwards means the commission can proceed until finish which is the approve by customer. Starting 60% stage customer CANNOT change detail AT ALL.
IF still want new changes will charge 50% price of the commission.

Exception:
If the color is wrong as I miss read from your description (example: the skirt should be pink not red) then can change.
