Purchasing art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit. If you would like it for COMMERCIAL USE, please specify before ordering.
Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: The posting of art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics. Please discuss with me personally if you wish to use your art for other PERSONAL uses that do not fall under these categories.
You cannot claim the artwork as your own. While credit is appreciated but not required, you cannot claim you are the artist of the piece.
Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted. All changes and/or full/partial refunds must be made during the conception of the image.
I reserve the right to use my artwork for advertisement. If you do not want your commission used, specify before ordering.
Please be clear if you would like a time limit for your commission delivery.
