Very good overall experience. The quality is great, the artist is fantastic about reworks and revisions, and exceedingly polite. The only reason it isn't five stars is some issues with a couple of extensions to the timeframe of art creation. I can happily say I'd order art again!

Really responsive and executes details/changes very well. Also very fun to work with overall. Shows great interest in drawing what you want by asking for input at each stage of the drawing. Oh, and the drawing was great!
