The art I got was really nice, but I'll admit the process of getting it almost didn't feel worth it. Communication was poor since it took me asking for progress after a week of waiting to hear anything from the artist. And following that, I waited another week with no word or update from them until I asked, instead of the artist taking some initiative on their updates. After two - three days after that request, I still had no word until I considered cancelling. The artist was apologetic and stepped up their communication but unfortunately, this whole process left me a bit sour that it took that long. It's given me mixed feelings because on one hand, I got my art how I wanted, but on the other, I didn't like process it took to get it. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be getting more art from them after all this.
