Ichisip describes this slot:
Semi-realistic, this type of commission is characterized for the use of rough brush strokes (and some use of the airbrush tool too!) similar to the ones you'll find in a real painting.
An exceptional process and well worth every penny. Not only done in a timely manner, but very professionally and with great care and interest.
Each piece I get is a masterpiece. I love them all. No stress, always satisfying interactions.
Very talented and gives quick quality work!
Wonderful work, as always.
Ichisip is an incredibly skilled artist who is absolutely lovely to work with. They work quickly and accurately from given references and do not leave a client unsatisfied with the final product. I wholly recommend working with this awesome artist.
Still wonderful in all things.
Did changes and everything just like I wanted followed exactly what I was looking for to the letter. A joy to work with and was very nice even when I was not notified that she had sent me a message! Oops.
Awesome to work with. Great feedback and dialogue. Definitely recommend!
Commissioning Ichisip was such a good idea. I don't get art often, and this was honestly one of my firsts. It was a super positive experience, and it came out beautiful! Not to mention how quick it was!
Wonderful artist, very skilled. Also very easy to work with. Highly recommend. Many thumbs up!
When you want a commission, you'll contact me and write a general idea of the picture you want, what you don't want to see, your preferences, etc. Rough sketches made by the client, even if they're stick figures, help me know about composition and poses you want exactly. They're not common but greatly encouraged!
Of course, the more references you send me (images, a text with the personality of your characters) the more accurately I'll paint your idea.
Once everything is settled, I'll begin to work on a very rough sketch to see if I nailed what you thought of the pose, expression and overall design and composition.
After you approve it is where the commission process really starts (you'll pay after the sketch is done) and I'll start cleaning and polishing the painting.
I'll send you WIPs (work in progress) so you can point out any possible error. However, it's really difficult to fix drastic things (like the pose) when the product is nearly finished. Oh, please don't do that. That's what the sketch phase is for! Once something is painted and approved we can't go back and erase/replace things that take time to paint, so you must be extra sure with the feedback you provide.
When the product is finished, I'll send it to you watermarked. The client needs to hit the "completed" button, and although the job is finally done, I'll be around to see if there's any detail left to fix in your opinion.
And that's it! Thank you so much for reading this, I hope we can work together some day c: !
