Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted. All changes and/or refunds must be made during the conception of the artwork.
Purchasing art from me grants you personal use of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit. This can be discussed if you are unsure.
If an adoptable is sold with art by me, you are only allowed to charge others what you paid for the commission in order to allow someone to receive the art. You forfeit the right to personal use of the piece and agree to delete it once personal ownership is transferred.
Failure on my part to deliver a product within a suitable amount of time as agreed on by myself & the purchaser will result in a full refund.
Please be clear if you would like a time limit for your commission delivery. I do not allow due dates earlier than 2 weeks, and I will specify in my openings if the commission(s) will take longer than normal, so please keep this in mind.
