Terms and Condition
By agreeing to commission me, you automatically accept my Terms of Agreement. Please read these terms carefully and thoroughly!
General Information:
- I will not be responsible for any mistakes on the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.
- All personal information will be kept private and confidential.
Image Rights and Usage:
- My drawings always comes with a small watermark to protect myself
- I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio.
- The commissioner must not claim my work as theirs.
- Under no circumstances may the commissioner use commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes, including prints and redistribution of the commissioned image(s).
- The commissioner may only use artwork that was created specifically for them and are for the commissioner's personal use only. This includes wallpapers, cropping the image for avatars/icons, printing the image for personal display, etc.
- The commissioner is allowed to upload commissions I have created for them to an online gallery as long as the artist’s name (“RAINTREVIL”) is displayed.
Payments:
- I will not begin a commission until payment has been received.
- Paypal only.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, or any kind of abuse.
No refunds will be issued after I receive the payment. Additionally, the Artist has the right to revoke the Commission at any time if these Terms of Service are breached.
Commission Procedures:
- The commissioner may request a preview of the Commission at any time during the creation process, but may not request changes to the commission once they have approved the sketch, otherwise it will count as a redraw.
- A redraw of any type of commission will count as a separate commission and will be charged as such.
- Digital commissions will be sent to the commissioner via email at its original resolution in .jpeg format; this does not include the commission native files (e.g., .psd, .sai, etc.)
- Commission turnaround is generally 1 - 3 weeks per commission depending on my queue.
