Terms of Service

1. While the OC or character isn’t mine, the picture is. That means they are for private use only. Not for commercial use. So, they cannot be resold in any fashion. The signature should remain on the artwork and credit should be given if the artwork is reposted.

2. Any pictures done can be posted to my social media. If the picture is a surprise or present, I can wait until a certain date to post it. You will need to let me know ahead of time if this is the case.

3. More complex pieces and characters may be charged extra. This includes characters drawn with a complicated pose, detailed backgrounds, or characters with a lot of accessories, details, colors/patterns, etc. If your request falls into this category, you will be alerted before the purchase and the new price will be discussed.

4. Payment must be upfront and through paypal. If you want to use an alternative payment method or would like to discuss a payment plan, include it in your initial message.

5. Any major changes including the character or the pose must be made during the sketching phase. Any major changes after the sketching phase will result in extra fees.

6. Pictures can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to get done based on the type/my schedule. If you need it in a specific time frame, communicate that so I can tell you if it’s possible or not.

7. If you cancel an order before the picture is complete, you will receive a refund based on the stage that the picture is in.
   ​

8. Refusal to follow the terms can and will result in the cancellation of your order.

9. I retain the right to turn down a commission for any reason
