HALF-BODY W/ BACKGROUND

General Information

◼ My prices and information may change without notice. If you have commissioned me before the change, your commission will not be affected.
◼ I reserve the right to accept or refuse any commission that I am uncomfortable with or goes against my rules. I am allowed to cancel your commissions for any reason along with increase your price according to the requirements for the artwork.
◼ I hold every right to post your commission or keep it hidden.
◼ Your commission must be sent via note with the appropriate form filled out. Any form that has been filled out incorrectly or not in note form will be ignored without warning.
◼ I accept slot holds and payment holds but they must be filled/paid within a week of the request.
◼ I must have a clear reference of each character requested. If I am not provided with them, I will cancel your commission.
◼ Your commissioned art will be posted on my Google Drive in a folder with your name, in your folder, you will find your commission details, wips, and the finished piece with and without my watermark.
◼ Please be sure to save your commission as I will clean out my drive without notice.
◼ I do not accept deadlines and I have a habit of taking my time while doing commissions as I want to get the detail right. If you send me a note before I tell you that I am starting your commission you will receive a warning, if you continue to do so, you will be refunded and blacklisted if your commission has not be started.
◼ As an artist, my artwork will constantly improve and evolve. There may be a slight difference between the examples I have provided and the illustration you receive.

◼ Humanoid characters (Kemonmimis are also accepted)

◼ Any fandom; non fandom
◼ Hero/Villain outfits

Will NOT draw

◼ Hentai
◼ Excessive violence/gore
◼ Any form of hate or discrimination
◼ Anthropomorphic
◼ Underage characters in revealing clothing

Art Process

◼ I will send you a sketch for approval. During this time, please tell me what I have missed and if anything is wrong.
◼ If I do not receive confirmation in a timely manner, I will move on to another commission and you will have to wait until their commission is finished to have your piece finished.

Work Speed and Correspondence

◼ I am not able to sit and work on commissions all day due to having another source of income, schooling and not always having access to my laptop.
◼ Depending on the difficulty of your commission, it may take anywhere from a few days to several months to complete.
◼ I tend to work while I am most motivated to ensure your commission is completed to the best of my ability.
◼ I do not accept deadlines.
◼ At any time, you may contact me with comments, questions, or concerns.
◼ At any time, you may request a work in progress (WIP) image of your commission. Each request will be placed into your Google Drive folder. Please be mindful when requesting.

Refund Policy and Change Requests

◼ In the state of emergency: emergency medical care, hospitalization, death, eviction, or any other financial emergency, and you are in need of a refund for your commission, please contact me personally, and we will discuss the situation.
◼ There are no refunds unless it follows one of the topics stated above.
◼ Under no circumstances will I refund a commission that has been lined, colored, or finished.
◼ I will happily correct mistakes made on my behalf but I will not fix any mistakes made on the commissioner's behalf.
◼ Anything may be changed if it is during the approval stage or has not been started.
◼ I will not accept major change requests after the approval stage.
◼ Under no circumstances will I redraw a commission.

Copyright and Usage Policy

◼ As the artist, I own full rights to the artwork commissioned.
◼ You are only purchasing the detail file, or original print, not the ownership of the artwork. (i.e. You cannot commission me and then claim that you've done the artwork yourself.)
◼ As a commissioner, you are allowed to repost/re-upload to any website with proper crediting, make prints or products for personal use only, use the artwork for decoration on any personal account with proper credit.
◼ As a commissioner, you are not allowed to change/modify/edit/copy/trace any of my artwork without my explicit written permission, Reproduce my artwork commercially or profit off of my artwork in any way, take credit for the artwork, or remove/ask to remove my watermarks or signatures.
◼ Any artwork that is re-posted/re-uploaded/redistributed must be properly credited to the original artist (myself). You must also post the watermarked version.
◼ If you would like to purchase an illustration for commercial use, notify me and clearly state in your note/email that it is to be used for commercial use.

Blacklist

◼ My blacklist will remain private, please do not ask me to post publicly. If you have been added to my blacklist, you will be notified.
◼ If you do end up on my blacklist, you will not receive a commission.
