By commissioning me, it means you have read, understood and agreed to my Terms of Service.
If you, the client, did not read the terms of services, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception and will not do anything to respond to your complaints as long as they have been listed below.
Please make sure to ask and clarify any unclear explanations to me before deciding to commission me.
GENERAL
DO NOT RUSH ME!!
If you want a specific canvas size, please inform me beforehand! Additional charges may apply.
Payment must be done within 48 hours after the commission has been accepted! If the client fails to pay on time, their commission will be nulled.
In event of failing to pay on time or keeps cancelling their order up to a number of times, the client will be blacklisted from commissioning me.
Send as many references as you can! Images are preferred but text is okay.
I’ll send you the HD version when I have finished your commission and have posted them.
I HAVE THE RIGHT to turn down your request if I feel uncomfortable drawing them or if I won’t be able to meet your expectations.
REVISIONS
I’ll send you sketch WIPs before payment. In that period of time, there will be unlimited number of revisions.
a) The first sketch would be the draft sketch. During this time, you are allowed to ask me to change the poses or idea if you're not quite satisfied by it.
The sketch would look really messy but that’s because the point of this sketch is to finalize the composition of the art!
b) After the first sketch is confirmed, I’ll refine and clean up the sketches and add all the details into the second sketch. During this time, you can point out in case if I forget any details or would like to make slight changes to the poses. You can also help me improve by pointing out anatomy problems!! I’m still a learning artist, after all.
After the second sketch is finalized, there will be no more revisions until the art is finished.
After the art is finalized, there will be two minor revisions allowed in case I forget any details.
However, this MUST NOT require me to erase more than 10% of the final version. After that, there will be no more revisions.
An exception of this is when I forget any detail that is already included in the references you have originally sent to me. In this case, I will fix it for you
even after the number of revisions given have been used.
Hence, please make sure to include as much references as possible when commissioning me.
RIGHTS AND USAGE
All commissioned artwork are for personal use. Thus, reproduction of work in any manner and using it for commercial purposes(monetized videos,
merchandise, prints, books, etc.) are PROHIBITED.
I (the artist) has the right to use/sell the finished commissions as part of my portfolio/artbook.
Commissioner still owns the copyright to the characters and will be mentioned as the owner of the character. I will inform you beforehand if I decide
to include your art in my artbook.
Reposting is allowed as long as I am credited. Please do not claim the artwork as your own.
DO NOT remove my watermark! If it's too big for you, don't hesitate to let me know and I can make it smaller.
However, if I feel like it is small enough, I have the right to refuse your request.
DO NOT edit/revise my artwork yourself! Please use existing revision chances to the upmost!
Numerous revisions/tweaks requested are okay as long as they are pointed out per revision chance, so don't feel bad asking for lots of tweaks as long as your
chances have not run out! If your revision chances have been used up, please do not fix the mistakes yourself regardless as it's disrespectful to me.
The only modifications allowed to be done are as follows (use the transparent/white BG versions provided to make things easier for you!):
- Edits(Icons/Banner background/cropping edits for personal uses),
- Filters(adding frames/borders or effects like photo filters),
- Meme purposes as long as it's not sensitive content.
*If you would like to use for stuff that are not included here, don't hesitate to contact me about it to ask for permission!! Things that are not included here
may be allowed, but have not been considered.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Refunds are generally unaccepted unless there is a valid excuse. When requesting a refund please explain your situation so I can understand
what is going on.
Commissioner is only able to cancel / refund their commission if I have not started working on their commission.
