*You acknowledge and understand that you are purchasing a digital art file. NOT Printed or physical products.

*Please do not do any chargebacks or ask for refunds, especially after the work(s) is/are finished. If for any reason a refund is needed, there will have to be a viable cause and reason–And there will be a discussion about it. Please just be respectful and do not inquire about commissions unless you are serious and wish to be a legitimate customer/client.

*I typically use PayPal invoices for commissions made through DMs (direct messages) or email. (We may also use the method of requests on PayPal if discussed and agreed upon. But I will not provide my paypal email to avoid fraud and inaccuracies in pricing. Ko-fi commissions are completed on the Ko-fi website.

*Ko-fi Donations do not count as commissions. While any contribution is MORE than appreciated, the donations do not directly count for commissions, they are more like a “tip” — if you wish to commission me, please use the “commissions” feature on the site, on my page, or use the methods discussed if you commission me by email or DM. Thank you so much!!!

*When you commission me, I will do the rough sketches of your idea/desired art for free; and when the sketches are approved by you and you like the way things look, then the payment must be sent for me to begin work and finalize the piece(s.) in their entirety. — This process will not be the same for “sketch commissions.” For those, I will simply make the sketch in full, with your concepts in mind, and then I will allow 5 free, small edits if necessary.

*I will allow some edits to be made to full, finished pieces, the first 2 edits are free, and then each additional edit will be an additional $ upcharge, depending on the desired changes and how complex they are.

*I do not use AI in any parts of the piece(s) and do not condone the use of my work in any sort of AI environment.

*I DO NOT do NFTs, Bitcoin images or anything else that exist in these spaces or similar spaces and do not approve nor condone the purchase of my art for such purposes.

*Regular commissions are for personal use only. Meaning, you can post them anywhere and use them at icons/avatars etc. but you will NOT be reselling nor profiting off of the image(s) I create for you. (Making merch, selling digitally, p.o.d. etc…)

*Commercial commissions are 2X (double) the Base price + any additions; and must be discussed and made clear when you are commissioning me.

*You will receive: a full-size HD illustration by email. Along with alternate versions of your file type; as well as versions on a plain white background and transparent background upon request.

*If you upload your image(s) elsewhere, I would just ask for you to please credit me continuously on any and all of your platforms in which you share the image to. (tag me or use my usernames: @ candiiiuwu or @ candiii.uwu somewhere in your post or on the art.) — If you have purchased from me for commercial use, then this rule may be flexible.

*Make sure you save your image on a USB or external memory, or somewhere it will be safe. (If your item somehow gets lost, I am not liable and therefore I will not refund you for your own negligence. I will do all I can to help return your file, but I will NOT refund nor redo the art at that point. You are responsible for your purchased art.) – I may keep files from commissions for a while; but it is not always guaranteed that I will have your item(s) stored long-term in an accessible place.

*I reserve the right to reject or cancel your commission if I do not wish to draw it, cannot complete it, or if you have proved troublesome in any way to me or other artists. — If this becomes necessary in the middle of working on your piece(s), I will refund you your money, delete the unfinished artwork(s), and potentially block you. Depending on the offense.

*NSFW Additions/Themes are a slight $ upcharge. (Depends and differs by piece.) The reason for the upcharge is because NSFW pieces limit where the art can be shared for self-promotional purposes, and personal portfolio purposes.

*Please do not ask me to draw in a different style. Please only commission me if you enjoy my art style or it fits what you wish for your pieces to look like. While I can adjust slightly to make your characters authentic and as accurate as possible, I will not stray away from the style presented by me. And I will NOT replicate other artist's work.

*As an artist, my work is always evolving, so there may be slight differences between the samples in my galleries compared to future illustrations, and works you may purchase and receive. (The changes aren't always so drastic, but are present in all areas of the work.)

*I will work as best as I can, but you are responsible for commissioning a work you think will mesh well with my style. Please view my gallery to decide if my style is suitable for your desired pieces.

*Your official HD file(s) will not be sent until you complete the full payments agreed upon. When the money clears, your image(s) will be sent and/or worked on right away. (Until all payments are completed, a small low resolution version of the image with a watermark will be sent usually.)

*By purchasing any of my services, you are automatically accepting my Terms of Service, and are therefore obligated to follow them and agree to them. As well as promising you will NOT request any PayPal chargebacks or refunds once you’ve received your purchased digital item(s).

—Commercial use—

*Commercial use for any commissions you purchase will vary depending on your project(s) and the use of the images. All details of your project(s) and the way in which you plan to use the art must be disclosed to the artist before any deals are made in relation to commercial work(s). — For example I WILL NEVER create things for NFT use or any other similar usages.

*Commercial use DIGITAL commissions are automatically 2X (double) the price.

*Commercial use MERCH commissions are automatically 3X (triple) the price.

*Commercial use for PNG tubers or people using it as business icons and promo for their businesses will only pay a one-time amount, which will usually be the doubled price unless a discount is implemented for any reason.

*Commercial use for art sold on merchandise may also include continued royalties (by agreed upon percentage %) to the artist, or increase the base price. This is applicable if the art is sold as digital, physical or any other type of products and / or services.

*In the case that royalties are not a part of the deal for commercial use, the base price will be 3x the amount, or more, depending on the use of the art.

*Commercial use art must be discussed between the commissioner and the artist to establish a contract, to which both parties agree with and will remain faithful to, regardless of whether it will be a one-time payment, or continued revenue from aforementioned products / services.

*As the artist, I hold and retain every right to the produced artwork; so I may do whatever I wish with it. For example;
—Use the image anywhere in order to promote myself. (Giving you credit as the owner and creator of the characters; if applicable.) —Share the image on Patreon, Ko-fi or other platforms showing my process or parts of the work. —Alter the image for promotional purposes. (I will always credit the commissioner for their original characters, so please make sure to give me the names and usernames you wish to be displayed whenever I post the artworks.)

*You are NOT ALLOWED to:
—Take credit for any of my work, nor claim it as your own. —Use any of my creations in any blockchain-related technology; including, but not limited to: NFTs, cryptocurrency or any future inventions in the space(s). —Profit off of my creations through online merch stores, in-person merch stores or resale anywhere. (This means you cannot print it on merchandise and resell it ANYWHERE. Online or offline.) —Alter my creations with AI or use it for any AI purposes.

*You ARE ALLOWED to:
—Print it on anything (posters, canvas, mugs, t-shirts etc) for your own personal use. (This includes printing multiple for friends and family. Only giving it to them for free and not making profit from any of it.) —Share it anywhere. (With credit.) —Crop and edit it however you want. (But not claiming it as your own work after that.) —Use it as your icon or banners or backgrounds with credit.

*In the case of commissions for personal use; If, for any reason, you wish for me to not upload the artwork I’ve created for you anywhere; there will be a slight upcharge as a privacy fee.
