Artist is very friendly and the artwork is fantastic. I do wish they had been a little more communicative about missing the month long deadline they had asked about, but ultimately it was not a big deal. I did ask for something fairly complicated and I'm very happy with the result

I docked one star because artist changed the price after one correction of an element that was previously mentioned and just missed. (Hair length). Still the price was fair and I didn't really mind, it just seemed odd.
