Grant of any rights is conditional upon payment in full.
Rights not expressly granted remain property of the artist.
Artist reserves the right to use art for self-promotion. (i.e. website, portfolio, promotional directories)
Client may not edit, correct, adapt, modify or change the finished artwork in any way without written permission from the artist.
The license hereby granted is personal to the Client or the Client's customer (where the Client is acting as an intermediary) and the rights may not be assigned or sub-licensed to third parties without the Illustrator's consent.
Revisions not the fault of the artist will be billed separately.
Client will indemnify and hold artist harmless against any claim arising from artist's reliance upon reference material provided to the artist by the client.
Artist reserves the right to decline commissions for whatever reason, and the right to adjust prices based on the details of the request.
