$10 covers the drawing & inking of the sketch prior to coloring. There will be a charge of $5 for each person / character, & an additional $10 for the background, if you want any.
For the coloring, these are the prices for traditional & digital methods: (Traditional) $5 for use of Prismacolor pencils, crayons, markers, or any other traditional medium (Digital) $5 for flat-color, $10 for cel-shading, & just $5 for any amount of special effects you desire
