The Artist may only begin working on the commissioned artwork once the Client has sent payment.
The Client is allowed to have a free one time revision. Additional revisions after that will be charged.
If the Client wishes to cancel their commission refunds will be calculated according to the progress done.
The Client must send the full payment first before the Artist sends the commissioned artwork.
Crediting is not required, but the Client is not allowed to claim the commissioned artwork as their own.
The Client is NOT ALLOWED to alter, edit, and/or reproduce the artwork.
The Client is NOT ALLOWED to sell the artwork or use for any monetary gains. Should they plan to use it for profit, they must purchase the license from the Artist.
The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, and may use it for portfolio/artbook. The artworks will not be sold as prints.
The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason including but not limited to hateful images, child pornography, and illegal activities.
By commissioning the Artist, you have read and agreed to the information stated above. If you, the Client, did not read the terms of services, the Artist will not be held responsible for your own misconception.
