TOS (Terms of service)

Before comission me, read carefully all the information. Any question or acclarations should made before send the order info, dont worry, i dont bite. By comissioning me and paid the invoice sent, you are agree with my TOS, and any personal TOS cant make you skip mine; so take that mind if any of your TOS is contrary to mine. I have the right to change, add, remove, complete etc, any term at my discretion, this will be announce before i do it (unless is a grammatical correction) and i will never change something affecting the current customers, all will apply only for new comissions, this to protect them.

Rules and other important things:

-All comissions are only for PERSONAL USE, Any other need to be negotiate but remember that i reserve the right to decline any offer, comission etc.

-NO RETRACTIONS, after you ask to buy any adopt, YCH. Unless you have an extreme emergency, I wont tolerate it

-I Absolutely reserve the right to decline any kind of offer, negotiation, comission, etc.

• You are paying me to draw something for you. I won’t give you the rights of the picture itself.

-I add nicks in my to do list to know who comissioned me, and add a small description of whick kind of comission is and the percetange (0%) <- like this. I update it time to time, but you can ask for it.

-If you resell any adopt or custom, need to be for the SAME price or LOWER as you bought it, + the extra art.

-I can only do minor changes to my comissions and a max of 1-3 for free, anything bigger, more than that, etc, will be an extra cost.

-Always fill the order form provided in all my comissions. i have the right to decline the ones that didnt fill it.

-You CANT trace, edit, copy, heavy reference, steal, etc my art, adopts, ych, etc.

-If i didnt mentioned something here, but i think is necessary to add that in my TOS in that moment, i reserve the right to mention you it and add it to this list. (for example, things i can or cant draw, rules to protect me or my customers, etc)

Grey list and Black list

To protect me and give a small chance to my customers, i did 2 list. Both will be private unless i feel i need to post it, anyways if you are added to any, i will notify you.

Grey list - this is the first list that almost any bad customer will be in. This list is to take precaution on some customers that have a small fault.They still can order comissions, but i wont give preference to them over other customers, i always will comment them what happend the last time and ask to dont repeat that. Any customer in this list, can be delete if i feel everything got resolved.

Black list - This list is for any customer that break TOS and rules, Mine and the site too. Any customer in this list cant ask for any kind of comission, and i prefer if they dont send me any message (unless want resolve everything). In extreme cases i will block them.

What i can or not draw

If anything isnt mentioned here, please ask, in some cases i can make an exception, that need to be asked before send the order information.

I can draw:

-Any Gender (even genderless)

-Any Specie (including anthros or ferals, even when im still a noob with them)

-Any Body style (im better with a medium body type and femenine, but i can try anything)

-Fan art (only for personal use¡¡¡¡)

-Blood or Soft gore

-Soft Ecchi

-Any age (for minors i wont draw soft ecchi - this includes characters and customer)

-Doll nudity (you know, like dolls, that you cant see anything of those parts)

I cant draw:

-NSFW (Hentai and Really gore things)

-Rape / Torture

-Really exagerate bodies (for example a chest that is bigger than the rest of the body)

-Anything hateful to any Gender , Race, Orientation, Religion.

-Anything i feel im unable to draw

Prices and discounts

All prices are decided by me, none can be changed unless i decided that. Prices can change in any moment (can up or down) for any kind of comission (YCH, adopts, customs, normal comission, etc) But the new price will only affect new comissions, any current customer will keep the price when they bought the comission. The new prices always will be announce before be changed, unless is a correctiong because i typed them wrong.

Discounts can only apply for a new comissions, if i add a new discount or offer after you bought the comission, i wont apply it to your total. (Unless, You ask for the discount the same day i added it, and i havent started your comission) Anyways all discounts and offers are added between batchs, so none get affected.

The price, discounts and offers need to be agree by both (customer and I) before i accept the comissions, this specially applies for extras or things that can get the price higher.

Payment and Payment methods

I only take payments via Paypal and in USD (all my prices are in USD dollars), The payment will be through invoice always, unless we discussed it first.

The Invoice; will be sent after i show you wip of the finished art piece (or depending of what we agreed) . The fullsize art wont be send if i dont receive the payment first, so take that in mind

You have 3 days to send the payment after the invoice was sent, after that, i will send you a reminder giving only 1 day more. After that i will put you in a grey list, if i dont receive a message or the payment i will change you to the black list after a week.

If you need extra time to pay, please always send me a message before the time i give is over. we can talk why and how much time you need and how much time extra i can give you.

Always take in mind this before buy any kind of comission/adopt/ych/etc from me. Any customer that always ask for long extra time or never send the payment in time, will be put in grey list. Try to have and save the payment always in time to pay me after i finish.

If you have the payment but get an emergency, you can cancel the comission ONLY BEFORE I STARTED IT, otherwise, you will need to pay at least for the percentage i did. If want some extra time to pay the full comission instead, we can discuss it.

For comissions over $100 i can do a payment plan, but this need to be discussed before the comission is accepted.

Refunds

If im unable to complete any comission for any reason, i will send you a message; considering i usually only take the payment after finish the art, not refund will be necessary.

I reserve the right to cancel a comission at any time, due personal reasons, poor communication, rude, disrespectful, inappropiate, i feel unconfortable, etc. If the payment was taken upfront, i will do a refund based on how much i completed.

I WONT DO any kind of refund after the art price, YCH, Custom, Adopt, was finished and sent. When the work is done, the transaction is too. This apply too for premade adoptables, after you sent the payment and i sent the fullsize, i wont refund you anything. So please always consider this.

Edits and alterations

In some cases a wip of the sketch will be send before continue with the lineart, (you can ask it when you send the order info) this is when you can ask for any change in the comission. If you ask for a full new sketch, will be an extra cost of $5-$10 (based in which kind of comission is)

After that, if you ask for more wips of my progress or see only the final price, any change asked in that time, need to be only because i messed up something (forgot add a detail that was in reference, forgot add any color, or shaded some part, etc) it will be fixed without extra cost.

If you ask for any change that wasnt mentioned before by you, it will be considered an extra (like, you thought other color would be better, have a different idea until now, etc) and will represent an extra cost, added to the final price. (this will be discussed before i do any change)

I wont do changes of things that are part of my art style.

All changes after the art piece is done, need to be asked before you send the payment and i send the fullsize, so if is necessary up the price because the changes are considered an extra, it can be done without problem.

Any alteration after the art piece is done need to be asked within 48 hours after you saw it. (exceptions can be done if it is because i messed up with something) in other case, i wont accept any edit or alteration after many days passed.

You CANT for any reason edit, alterated, re draw, etc my art.

Deadlines

I dont have any set deadline, because all are based on which and how many comissions i have, and in my part time job. But you can always ask me an approx. This can change if i get any personal problem (like illness, a familiar passed away, etc).

I try to work in my comissions in order of they was taken (you can check or ask for my to do list always) Comissions that are at the bottom of my list, will take longer than others (for obvious reasons), so take that in mind.

If you need your art piece finished by a certaind date, ask me before leave the order info, in some cases i will be able to do it without extra cost because the type of comission and how many orders i have at that moment. But in other cases you will need to pay an extra fee (starting at $5) this will be based on the type of comission and when you need it to be done.

In extreme cases even if you can pay the extra fee, if i dont feel i can finish it in your requested time, i will need decline. (this apply for comissions at are too complicated, when i dont have extra time, etc)

I always try to finish the comissions faster as i can, but you need to take in mind that i like take my time to do a good work, that personal and random things happens always and we cant control them. For that reason if im taking more time than i expected i will send you a message, asking for patience and show you a wip if is necessary, or you can send me a message asking for it.

Thing to consider of how i work

Even when i work in order of my to do list, if i waiting for your approval on something, i will work in something else while i wait.

If for any reason i do any comission before yours, even when they was after you in my to do list, consider somethings. -I like to keep me motivated, so maybe i want do other slot before or Maybe that person pay the extra fee to have them before yours. Anyways all comissions will be done, so dont worry about it.

I like take my time to do the things better, but sometimes i feel enough inspired to finish something faster. So dont take the time i need for one comission as set time i need for other, none comissions is the same as other.

I like take some artistic freedom, but i always will respect your character, and dont alter that. Considering this, comissions that dont give me any artist freedom, usually makes me feel less inspired.

Rules for specific art styles

Customs - For all the customs you will need fill an order form provided by me, they need to have pics as reference + text (if necessary), any that is only text will be declined. they need to be detailed and clear. The price will be based on what you want and we need to agree the price before i start. I dont use base for them, so take that in mind. I can do gijinkas and MYO slots (send proof of the MYO slot always). you cant make other adopt based of the one i did (for example, change their hair color and said is other character) You can change outfit and hairstyle, etc of your character but it CANT be done over my art, the character design still need to give credit to me, so each art and alterations need their correspondent credit to how draw or edited it. Other rules in this TOS apply for it too.

YCH - For all the ych, fill the order form provided for the specific pose. You CANT copy, heavy reference, use, edit, etc my YCH for any reason. All YCH will be only for 1 slot, unless stated otherwise, or if it was discussed by the artist and the person that bought it.

Adopts - The fullsize only will be sent after you pay the invoice, you CANT copy, trace, modify, heavy reference, etc my art. Always respect my own closed species if the adopt is one.

Closed species - Is a new specie created by me, with specific traits and information, you CANT do your own for any reason. if want a MYO slot, please send me a message. You CANT change or modify their specific traits that make them, be my closed species. no matter how much you paid, if really want make it different, need to discuss it with me, before buy. I have the rights of my closed species, so anybody that want make a fake copy, etc, taking a heavy reference, will be reported and blocked.

Rights

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, and I am not obligated to provide a reason as to why. (not matter if i accepted other comission from the same person in the past)

I reserve copyrights to my artwork, even if the work have the characters of someone else. I have the right to post, reproduce, copy, and distribute for promotional purposes. (like do a banner to promote my art, use it as icon to promote my art page, post it in my gallery, etc)

You can post the commission i did to you in any public or personal gallery, always giving credit to me. You can print your comission too, as long is for PERSONAL USE ONLY

NEVER delete my signature of any art piece to post it in any place.

I reserve the right to sell rejected custom designs or use for someone else the rejected sketches (of course only the pose will be used, and not your character)
