CHARACTER PORTRAIT OUTLINE

Art received may be used for personal uses, only. This can include using the art as an icon, uploading the art to a character gallery, or using the art for a background. Any additional uses must be checked in with me. You may not use this art for profit in any way.

Third party artists may use this art as a reference if the purchaser allows it. Modifications to the art, and profiting off of said modifications, must be discussed with me.

Commissions are currently only available in a digital format, and therefore no shipping charges will be applied to prices. You may, however, organize with a third party to have a print of the commission made, so long as it is for personal use and is not distributed for profit.

I reserve the right to use the artwork for purposes outside of the commission, which may include advertisements or prints, should I sell prints in the future (I do not at this time).

Commissions above sketches (outlines and complete artworks) have the option to be paid in portions. Portions of payment will be asked for upon completion of certain stages of the artwork, which will be determined during the initial setup for the commission.

Completed full commissions and stages of the commissions will not be sent to the commissioner until the predetermined portion of the payment is given. I may, however, send WIPs and sketches at my discretion, unless specifically asked not to.

Refunds may be available if I’ve failed to complete the commission within a reasonable amount of time. That said, if there is a deadline for the commission, it must be discussed and determined before the commission begins. If a refund is desired, you must discuss it with me before it can be carried out. Refunds will not be given after the commission is completed.
