I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
My prices are fixed. I will not negotiate under any circumstances.
I will send out a work in progress as soon as I'm able. It is at this point where I would request that you tell me if you would like something changed. I will not, unless under extraordinary circumstances, change a final, painted piece.
Unless agreed to in the initial discussion, you are not to use commissioned pieces in a public forum. If this is the final piece's intended purpose, please tell me and credit me for the work I've done in the forum you will be using.
Under no circumstances in my artwork to be used for your own personal monetary gain. This includes merchandise, prints, etc.
