ToS tl;dr
*Prices my vary depending on size/medium/complexity/difficulty.
*At least one fullbody clean reference image is needed. Jumbled reference and written description will not be accepted.
*WIPs must be requested before work starts, otherwise most work is done start to finish in one sitting. Check-ins at any time are ok but no guarantees that a WIP will be given.
*100% refunds before work starts; 50% will be issued at sketch stage; no refund is given if coloring has started.
*Artist-issued refunds may be given for any reason at any time. Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.
*Artist retains the right to republish, print, and post on any website, gallery, or journal. Time sensitive gifts may be withheld from posting until a certain date. Client may not resell artwork for a profit. Personal prints, charms, etc, are ok, but may not be sold. *Reposted works must contain a watermark or be posted at a low resolution unless it is an icon or other featured image. All reposts must be credited back to the artist at all times.
*The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
