STARTER CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEET

Things I Can Draw:

1. Humanoids (All shapes, ages, and sizes welcome!)
2. Fluff (Teasing art is fun, too)
3. Anime
4. Cartoon-y

Things I CANNOT Draw:

1. Mechas (Transformer-style designs and with sharp, defined geometric shapes)
2. Detailed armors (I can do armor to a degree but not too detailed pls)
3. Realism (Like realistic portraits)
4. Super detailed backgrounds
5. NSFW

1. Process

1. Once we discuss what you'd like done, I, the artist, will send an initial sketch for your approval. There can only be 2 edits made to this before I finalize the image.
2. Once the sketch is finalized, I, the artist, will get to work. WIPs (Or Work in Process) will be sent if the commissioner requests for updates on the status of the artwork or if I feel the need to clarify an aspect of the illustration.
3. My average time for completion for commissions can range from 3 days up to 2 weeks because of either complexity of the piece, ailments, emergencies, work, or other matters that pertain to the real life world. Commissioners will be informed immediately if anything is happening.

2. Copyright/Usage Policy

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;

1. Promote myself in any place or site.
2. Publish books with.
3. To display it anywhere to my liking.
4. Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner are allowed to;

1. Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
2. Claim the right to the character in the artwork but not the artwork itself.
3. Print the piece of artwork for themselves.
4. Use the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

1. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
2. Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
3. Removing any watermarks/signatures.
4. Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.

With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork such as books, promotional material for your own brand identity, and edit however you see fit. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

3. Cancelling Policy

1. I, the artist, have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
2. You have no right to cancel a commission from the artist after the initial sketch has been finalized.
