Not always done in full body, may be waist up, knees up, or full. It varies depending on how well I think I can draw what you request.
I prefer to get things done quickly but still take the time to do it. It could be a couple hours up to a couple days, a week would be pushing it and 2 weeks only if something keeps me from doing it.
