• Text-only character descriptions (please provide some visual references - scattered references is acceptable as long as I can make out the design)

• An initial sketch will be first sent to confirm before an invoice is issued (with the exception of coloured sketch and gacha types).

• All prices are inclusive of transaction and currency conversion fees, and clients will never be requested to pay a surcharge. The price you see is the price you pay. Tips are optional but much appreciated.
• Up to 3 minor edits after delivery will be free of charge (e.g. addition of something small missed, slight modification in expression), however any major edits (e.g. change in hairstyle/length, big changes in colours) after the piece is completed and delivered will be subject to additional fees.
• The turnaround for each piece averages at 2~12 weeks depending on the request. I will try to my best abilities to inform if I will be taking longer or complications arise, however if you are concerned, feel free to check-in with me at any time.
• At this moment in time, I am unable to accept rushed commissions with fixed deadlines, but I will try my best to adhere to any reasonable (see average turnaround) deadline requests.
• All commissions will be delivered digitally in high resolution at 72DPI (300DPI can be requested), and no physical product will be shipped to you.
• Complicated designs (e.g. minute details, complex armor) are subject to additional costs between $3~$15, however it will always be confirmed with the buyer beforehand.
• I reserve the right to reject a commission request if I feel that I am unable to draw it adequately.
• I retain the right to use pieces in my personal portfolio and for examples. Uploads on public social media will always be watermarked at a lower quality, but if you would prefer for it not to be shared on social media, please let me know beforehand.
• All commissions are for personal usage only. You may print/create merchandise (e.g. charms/buttons) using the artwork provided it is for your own personal enjoyment and not for mass resale.
• Credit for the commissioned work is optional but appreciated.
