Commission ToS

• I accept points Paypal only

• NOT claim my artwork as your own, always credit/link when use

• Only the commissioner or owner are allow to use the commissioned artwork

• I retain the rights to display the commissioned artwork in any media, the clients retain the rights of their characters

• Commissioner/owners are allow to repost, with visible credit to me, and some type of watermark

• Once base sketch is done refunds are not available

• Refunds are accepted ONLY if I haven't started, or passed the agreed deadline of update

• My commissioned works are for personal use only

• I have the right to share all my works on my social medias unless the commissioner request not to and that also means you as the commissioner are also not allowed to share and upload the commission anywhere in public

• Always have a clear color reference ready, NO real life imagery or description only reference.

• I retain the right to decline your commission due to any personal reasons

• Always inform me a way to contact you be it email or discord

• Price stated are base prices therefore do send me a private message to discuss additional fees etc etc

• You'll receive the full artwork with a small watermark in the corner, the watermark will not be removed

• I will only begin your order once we agreed on the price

IMPORTANT :-

• I will only provide the WIP/base sketch once for revisions, so please state your order clearly

• I only draws human and kemonomimis, preferably feminine or female characters

• I only accept NSFW for half-body options
