I have an idea for art that I would love someone to draw, but I'm embarrassed about the content. You shouldn't be. I will never make fun of a client because of what he or she requests. Just note me and we'll work it out just like any other commission. If you don't want me posting it on FA, we can work something else out.
How can we trust each other? As I work, I send one or two progress sketches, after which you may request any number of changes. When the image is finished, I will submit the art and/or e-mail you the full-sized version. I'm also willing to livestream any digital commissions.
When will my commission be done? Because you're actually paying me money, I will try to get it finished within a reasonable amount of time. However, keep in mind that I am in college and as such have frequent exams and projects to do for my classes and I may not always have time to work on art.
You rejected my request; you must be a jerk! I reserve the right to reject any request for any reason.
I requested a commission before So-and-So, but you did theirs first! I sometimes work on pieces I want to do before pieces I have less interest in. I try not to do this, but sometimes it happens. Don't get persnickety, I'll get it finished within a reasonable amount of time.
I need my commission finished by so-and-so date. I will bump your commission ahead in the queue if there is one, but this will require an additional rush charge. The actual amount of the charge depends on how quickly you need the art.
We agreed on a commission and I sent you the full payment, but I changed my mind and now I want a refund. Can I get my money back? This depends. If I have not started work on your commission, I will refund you in full minus any fees incurred by A&C or PayPal. If I've already started sketching it out, I will refund you 50% of the payment. Any refund requests after you've approved the sketch will not be granted. We agreed on a commission, and I'm assuming you had plenty of time to think about it and change your mind during negotiations or before you paid.
