1) Payments are paid upfront after the sketch (if it is not the sketch commission) is approved via Paypal or Mandiri Bank Transfer for Indonesian
2) You can give minor revisions 2 times (After that would be charged $1-5 depends on your revision
3) Full Refund is available had the artist couldn't finish the piece due to any circumstances.
4) 50% Refund is available if the commissioner canceled the order after approval sketch; 30% refund is available for cancellation after first revision; 10% refund is available for cancellation after second revision.
5) The artist is obligated to tell the estimation time of completion (ETC) to the commissioner.
6) Had the ETC is longer than 3 days, the artist is obligated to send the progress of the art or any news about the art piece for every 3 days at least.
7) The commissioner has right to ask the progress whether the artist didn't give any news after three days and revoke the order with full refund if the artist didn't give any news for minimum a week.
8) The HD piece is a private possession of the commissioner and the artist and is not allowed to be posted online or sold by both parties by any means under any circumstances except there is a mutual agreement before proven true by a signed Letter of Agreement.
