I can reject a commission if is needed or if the request makes me uncomfortable.
I don't start until I get any payment.
The refunds are relative. I'll give back all the money or only a part of it, depending of how much I've draw your commission or if I haven't draw anything at all, so you can ask for it in any moment.
If part of the commission is done when you cancel it, you can keep it, because I'm keeping a part of the money for it.
I always send WIPs in every moment, so you can know the process, and you can know how many money I'll keep if you cancel the commission.
My turnaround is mostly between 1-3 days, and that time starts depending of my queue.
Prices can be negotiable. Payment methods too.
