When using my services, you (as the buyer) understand and agree to the following:
- I, as the seller, will only begin my commission once I have received confirmation of your payment by Artists&Clients.
- You, as the buyer, will receive an emailed invoice as proof of purchase of my services.
- You. as the buyer, need to provide reference images.
- I, as the artist, can refuse your job if I feel it is too complex.
- You, as the buyer, will receive multiple watermarked progress pictures on Artists&Clients as proof of purchase of my services.
- I, as the seller, I will let you know if expected turnaround time will be compromised due to completion of other commissions.
- You, as the buyer, will receive the completed product on Artists&Clients which will have a watermark. You, as the buyer, must mark the job as complete when it is complete to remove watermarks.
- The completed product will have a small section stating I drew the artwork.
- I, as the seller, am allowed to post progress images of your job onto social media.
- You, as the buyer, can use the art as you wish with the exception of selling the artwork and/or stating the artwork was done by you.
- I, as the seller, will approve of refunds if discussed with you, the buyer, until I complete my sketch for your job and you approve of the sketch. If not discussed with me and/or cancellation is performed after approval of my finished sketch, I will assume I have been scammed and will protest your refund.
