Payment in full must be sent before I will begin working on the commission.
One work in progress screenshot will be sent upon completion of sketch, and another upon completion of lineart.
Once the first work in progress screenshot is sent, the buyer cannot ask for a refund.
If artwork is to be shipped and the shipping option chosen is Postal Service Letter (no tracking), then the buyer accepts that Postal Service can delay or even lose the package without notification.
