Important Information

○ There are times where it may take longer for a commission to be completed. Either because of the complexity of the commission, art block or even personal events happening. Please keep this in mind.

○ I don't always work in order, rather which ever piece I'm currently having inspiration for. So, if you see that I've been posting other work before yours, know that this is typically the case. Your commission hasn't been forgotten rest assured.

○ There is a good chance when I have multiple commissions going that I will switch between which I am working on. Normally I will bounce between pieces, as I work and if you watch one of my streams it will be easy to notice.

○ I will not deal with toxic types of people or behavior (this includes guilt tripping and being passive aggressive as well) even if you've paid for my services. I am a person behind the screen, with feelings. Do not think that because you're paying me for work that I will let you walk all over me without saying something. Treat others how you'd want to be treated applies. You treat me with respect and kindly, I will return it. Treat me with hostility and aggression, well I just won't put up with that.

○ Do NOT under any circumstances try to rush me. This includes blowing up my inbox with messages, every day or every other day about your commission. However if you have not heard/seen a progress on your commission for 2 weeks and you'd like a progress update please check my Queue List. If there's not updates there then feel free to check in with me, I will be happy to give you an update.

○ I have a tendency to ask questions when I'm unclear of something just to make sure we're on the same page of what you're wanting from me.

○ My prices may change, but if you've already paid for your commission then you are unaffected by this change (Unless you add changes to the originally agreed upon piece).

○ Do not ask me about your commission in streams. Ask me in private by sending me an email regarding the subject.

○ I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason. I'm not required to accept anything I would feel uncomfortable accepting.

○ My artwork is never to be edited by anyone else other than myself, contact me if you really want something changed! (Additional fees or payments may apply).

○ By commissioning me you are commissioning a piece of work done by me in my own style. I will not change my style or imitate the style of someone else. If you want another person's style go commission them.

○ I will not and do not work from text descriptions! Visual references with clear imagery only. This can be accompanied by some text description but colored visual references are required.

○ If I feel the reference provided isn't suitable, clear or enough, I may request a clearer reference or more details.

○ I will not be held responsible for any mistakes made due to unclear referencing or content that is not discussed. If I have missed something that is clearly in the reference or made clear sent details before hand I will correct the mistake. However, if you are rude and disrespectful I'm not obligated to, and your request to fix it will be declined. This includes nit picking more so for minuscule details.

○ I'm no mind reader if I miss something that wasn't discussed or mentioned, I will not know. Keep in mind if this happens and you want something added or changed there will be a fee.

○ If left out character details, colored something wrong, forgot markings, etc. that were clearly referenced or mentioned at time of sending commission details I will fix. I will not fix details, if they were not clearly mentioned/shown at the time of sending commission details.

○ All work is subject to additional fees for reasons such as; subject matter, extra parts (i.e. extra limbs, wings, etc.), and difficult character designs.

○ When it comes to 3D generated references; such as IMVU, Second Life, MMO Screenshots, etc. I require a swatch of the colors to be given with the reference. Due to the likelihood that the model makes it unclear the 'correct' color scheme. This is to help the process be less of a hassle and to keep my anxiety at bay about not getting it 'right'.

○ Individual rules and conditions may apply for certain sales and may not apply to other sales.

○ I do not give out the original files such as the SAI file or any other program file. You will get your piece in .png form unless it is an animated commission where it will be in .gif form instead.

○ You must be 18 or older to order adult content. No exceptions. If you order adult content and I find out you are under 18 years of age at time of purchase, you will be added to my 'blacklist'. Meaning I will never accept a commission order from you again.

○ When it comes to commissioning X-rated gifts I will need elicit permission from the person that the gift is intended for, to use their character in an adult piece. Any sexually explicit gifts will not be done without this permission from them.

By commissioning me for Adult Content you are agreeing that you are 18 or older. And that you understand the consequences of what will happen if you are not.
