STEPS:

1. You gimme the following: character refs or description, emotion, and background color.
2. I look stuff over and if/when I agree, you send full payment up front. I gotta agree first! No throwing money at me before I agree!
3. When I get payment, I draw icon. Then you get preview!
4. I can make one or two minor tweaks if you see anything worth fixing, otherwise we're done! Press button, receive icon.
