By buying a commission from Me, Ángel Santo, You, the Client are agreeing to:
Pay full or half the price at the moment of agreeing to a price.
Not reupload, claim it as your work, resell, or print the artwork obtained after payment for personal profit.
Not use it for self-promotion unless you paid for commercial rights.
Not profiting from the artist's work.
Not trace, reproduce or copy the artist's work.
Not edit, recolor, re-edit or trace the artist's work.
Refusals will happen, The artist has the full right to Refuse and Refund a commission. The reasoning may vary and an end of a relationship may happen.
Timing:
Patience is adviced.
A time of 20-60 days is required for full illustrations.
The client Must provide:
Detailed reference of the character, person, animal, etc.
Evidence of having sent payment. Consequently, the artist must provide evidence of having received it.
Confirmation of satisfaction or any complaints.
The artist Must provide:
Proof of watermarked progress.
Up to three edition rights.
Finished product fitting expectations.
Payment:
PayPal is a priority.
Points are not a priority.
Fake currency is Not payment and will be refused without amusement.
Videogames, Software or otherwise premium content in exchange of art is accepted, but Not encouraged.
Actual IRL items are accepted.
The Artist:
May use the art for self promotion.
May post the work in whatever website connected to himself.
Have FULL creative ownership of the art.
Will Not offer refunds unless under extraordinary circumstances, specially if the work has been finished.
