Just as the title says, a Full colored Character (or more!) of your choice with a background.

I will do a sketch using pencil and paper based on what you describe or show me, scan it and send it to you through email or whatever your preferred contact is. If you like it I will finish it digitally in Paint Tool SAI. If not, tell me what to change and I will try my best to make it exactly what you want.
