I can draw your original character or fanart of any character you want. :)
It will only be 1 character Bust-up portrait
Background will be something very simple.
I will give the highest quality which is 300 dpi size A4
I will need a good description of what you want done, such as poses, expression, colors of certain things (ex: eyes, hair, clothes,) A few photo references are definitely recommended.
